- 4 Ripened avocados
- 1/2 shredded purple cabbage
- 4 shredded carrots
- 6 rice papers
- 1/4 cup of wheat-free tamari
Combine shredded cabbage and carrots in a bowl.
Soak the rice paper in warm water for approximately 5 seconds.
Lay out on a clean tea towel on flat surface.
Place 3 tbsp. of carrots/cabbage mixture in the center, followed by 2-3 slices of the avocado.
Fold the bottom of the sheet up and over the filling, then fold the right side over and roll up tightly.
Dip into some tamari sauce and enjoy!
