After many years, his father succumbed to Bell’s palsy and stroke a year later. His father did not recover from Bell’s palsy when he had a stroke. It was a distressful event to witness his father deal with the challenges and difficulty enduring the pain and limitation from even the simplest movements. It was then his first time being exposed to acupuncture and discovered the mysterious and amazing work of Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture. From one of many complications, his father had difficulty chewing because his mouth was severely deviated to one side and did not properly close but with one needle the deviation went back 90% back to its center. Using only one needle to treat the problem was amazing and fascinating but what was more shocking was that the needle was inserted nowhere near the area of the nose or mouth, it was on the elbow. Importantly, this was achieved with hair thin needle.
Ever since, he continued on with his fascination and began the journey of becoming a healer using Traditional Chinese Medicine.
