Bulletproof Healthy Hot Chocolate!

Yield: serves 4
- ~ 4 cups coconut milk or almond
- ~ 2 tablespoons real cacao powder OR Bulletproof hot chocolate mix
- ~ ½ tablespoon of cinnamon
- ~ 1 tablespoon grass-fed or organic butter
- ~ 1 tablespoon bulletproof XCT oil
- ~ ¼ cup shredded coconut
- ~ 4 dates
- 1 Can of coconut cream (optional)
~Heat the coconut milk, cinnamon, cacao powder, XCT and butter on the stove till hot
~Blend the hot coconut milk with the rest of the ingredients in a blender till well combined and enjoy!
~Add some coconut cream to the top - get a can of coconut cream, place only the cream in a bowl whisk in 2 TBS icing sugar and 1 tsp vanilla. Serve on top of hot chocolate. YUM!
