Yield: 1-3 cups of coffee
- 2 1/2 tbsp freshly ground or groud bulletproof coffee
- 1-2 tbsp grass-fed butter (unsalted)
- 1-2 tsp of XCT oil OR Brain Octane oil
- brew coffee as you normally would (using bulletproof brand coffee)
- add coffee, butter, and oil to a blender (if no blender then just mix all ingredients together well) blend on high for 20 sec
- pour into a cup and enjoy!
