Brain-Boosting Breakfast Smoothie


Have this awesome and delicious smoothie in the morning for a great energetic start 








Ingredients: (makes 2 servings

3 cups nut milk of choice

1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, mixed berries)

1 fresh bananas

2 handfuls spinach

½ ripe avocado

4 scoops grass-fed collagen protein – or protein of your choice

1 Tbsp chia seeds

1 Tbsp of freshly ground flax seeds

1 tsp cinnamon

½ tsp ground vanilla – optional

¼ tsp Himalayan salt

2 Tbsp coconut or MCT oil

½ tsp ground vanilla – optional

1 tsp raw cacao powder – optional



Blend in blender until smooth & Enjoy!
