Ingredients

  • 3 cups nut milk of choice
  • 1 cup frozen berries (blueberries, mixed berries)
  • 1 fresh bananas
  • 2 handfuls spinach
  • ½ ripe avocado
  • 4 scoops grass-fed collagen protein – or protein of your choice
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 Tbsp of freshly ground flax seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla - optional
  • ¼ tsp Himalayan salt
  • 2 Tbsp coconut or MCT oil
  • ½ tsp ground vanilla – optional
  • 1 tsp raw cacao powder – optional

Directions

Blend in blender until smooth & Enjoy!
